We loved the staff and rooms and amazing prices. Lots of supplies in the room: central heating, a safe and a mini bar fridge.

Came in Lugano for weekend, the hotel met standard. The rooms with a nice terrace and balcony, for example. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Ristorante Paradiso that was only 5 minutes' walk away...

It was a really comfortable experience in an extremely beautiful hotel. The staff was super, rooms were pleasantly decorated. The bed was lovely and it was great having Wi-Fi, fridge and coffee machine. Smooth check in & the service was incredible...

Really GREAT location. We would happily return. A bus stop was near to the place. You can also visit Munger that offers excellent meals.
